REGISTRATION

How do I know if I have successfully registered?


The Participant will receive a confirmation email and receipt upon successful registration to the email address used at time of registration.




I have entered my details wrongly while filling the registration form, what should I do?


There are no changes can be made after submission. Therefore, we encourage the Participant to check before submitting the Registration Form.




What will happen if the Participant found to be submitting an invalid Student Card?


The Participant will be disqualified immediately from the Event without any refund.




Is walk-in registration available on the Event day?


No. We only accept registrations via our online ticketing partners.




I have missed the registration deadline. Can I still join the race?


Sorry but no. All registrations must be completed before the deadline which is 29th February 2019.




Can I register as a group?


Yes! You can make group registrations in the Portal.




Can I transfer my registration to my friend?


No, you can’t. Ticket sold is not transferable.





RACE KIT COLLECTION

What if I’m not able to go to the designated venue to collect my Race Kit?


All Race Kits are to be collected before the Event Date at the designated venue and no requests will be entertained thereafter. You may send a representative to collect the race kit on behalf of you, however he or she has to provide the confirmation letter and authorisation letter.




What will happen if the Participant is unable to show the Registration QR Code during Race Kit Collection?


The Registration QR Code must be presented during Race Kit Collection. No race kit shall be given if there is no Registration QR Code.




Do I have to present my Student Card if I registered for the student category on the day of Race Kit Collection?


Yes, you do. Failure to prove your student status, i.e. present your Student ID card during Race Kit Collection will cause disqualification without any refund.




Can I change my T-shirt size if it does not quite suit me?


No, you are not allowed to do so. Please choose the correct T-shirt size in the registration form.




If I lost my Bib Number, can I get another one from the organiser?


No. Each participant is provided with ONE (1) Bib Number only.




What, when and where is Race Kit Collection?


Race Kit Collection is where you will collect your Race Kit. The details of Race Kit Collection will be updated on our Website soon. Stay tuned!





TRANSPORTATION

Is it fine for the Participant to drive their own vehicles to the Venue?


Yes, the Participant may drive their own vehicles to the Venue. However, the Participant need to make sure the vehicles would not cause any traffic problem.




Is there any transportation or shuttle bus service provided to the venue event?


You are encouraged to use public transport. You may either take:
i. the MRT Feeder Bus service (T815) from Phileo Damansara Station (MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang Line) or;
ii. RapidKL Bus service (T789) from University LRT Station (LRT Kelana Jaya Line).





EVENT

What if there is a bad weather?


A little rain won't stop Neon Run 2020: Run Against Cancer. And yet if that severe weather does threaten the Event, the Event will be delayed or cancelled.




Where can I view the Race Route?


You may check the Race Route under the section “The Run” on our Website.




Can I run with my pets?


Unfortunately, for the safety of our Participant, pets are not allowed at the Event.




Will there be any hydration stations along the race route?


Yes, the Participant can refresh themselves with drinks provided at the hydration stations along the Race Path.




Can I join the Event without wearing the Bib Number provided?


No. Participants are expected to wear the Bib Number conspicuously during the Event. Failure to do will lead to permission denied participating in the Event.





REFUND, WARRANTIES

What if I lost my belonging during the Event?


The Organiser takes no responsibility for items lost, damaged, and misplaced during the Event. The service provided by the Organiser has no warranties.




Can I ask for refund if I am unable to participate in the Event?


There shall be no refund if the participant is unable to join the Event.
